We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and problem-solving-oriented Client Service Administrative Assistant to support our Client Success Team. This role involves managing client communications, maintaining and updating client records, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the team. The ideal candidate will have a client-focused mindset and the ability to anticipate and address client needs.

- Client Communication & Satisfaction: Manage and respond to client inquiries via email, directing them to the appropriate team members and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Proactively ensure client satisfaction through routine account evaluations and check-ins to identify and address potential issues.
- Data & Task Management: Maintain and update client information across various platforms, including SharePoint. Assist with the onboarding of new clients, manage related tasks, and coordinate team activities using Planner to ensure timely completion.
- Cross-Functional Partnership Management: Act as a liaison between client service, sales, development, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
- Providing Feedback : Regularly provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions and experiences, helping to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify and address client issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively. Act as a point of contact for escalated concerns, working to find solutions that meet client needs.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to monitor client progress and activity. Ensure that all relevant data is accurately captured and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Account Management: Manage and update client credit card information, handle any issues related to failed transactions, and perform routine account evaluations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, and Planner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
