*Descripción del Puesto:*
El candidato seleccionado será responsable de operar los sistemas de seguridad mediante computadora, atendiendo señales de alarma y ejecutando los protocolos correspondientes según cada cuenta.
Entre sus funciones principales se incluyen pero no se limitan al:
* Manejo de sistemas para recepción de señales de alarma
* Ejecución de instrucciones y protocolos establecidos por cada cliente
* Comunicación por radioteléfono para coordinar verificaciones en campo
* Atención de llamadas telefónicas de clientes, incluyendo reportes de incidencias
* Respuesta oportuna y efectiva ante situaciones de emergencia
*Responsabilidades:*
* Responder de manera rápida y efectiva a situaciones de emergencia
* Registrar y mantener información precisa de todas las actividades y eventos
* Brindar un servicio al cliente de excelencia
* Mantener comunicación clara y profesional en todo momento
* Trabajar en coordinación con el equipo de trabajo
*Requisitos:*
* Certificado de buena conducta
* Conocimiento básico en el uso de computadoras
* Conocimiento geográfico del área de Ponce (calles, sectores y barrios)
* Habilidad para redactar informes escritos de manera clara y precisa
* Capacidad para manejar llamadas telefónicas de forma profesional
* Habilidad para comunicarse por radioteléfono
* Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras
* Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y días feriados
