Manufacturing Operator

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operators with a background in science or engineering who are looking to build experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical/medical device).
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine production activities while ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)and safety standards.
- Document production activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identify and report deviations, equipment issues, or quality concerns.
- Maintain clean room and work area conditions according to company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
- Experience: 0–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing (pharma, biotech, medical device, or related industry preferred).
- Basic understanding of GMP or regulated environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as required.
