WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Associate Degree with two (2) years of experience in industrial mechanics within the regulated industry.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Project Management skills.
- Shift: Administrative shift, according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Troubleshooting semi‑ and fully‑automated equipment
- Pneumatics, electro‑pneumatics, instrumentation, lasers, and vision systems

- If you have excellent communication skills and aren’t afraid to ask for help when you need it (in addition to your excellent Maintenance skills), this might be the job for you! AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- The Manufacturing Technician is integral to the production process, responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to uphold the highest quality standards.
- This role involves monitoring production activities, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process improvements. With a focus on detail and safety, the Manufacturing Technician helps maintain the smooth, efficient operation of manufacturing operations.
- Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems involving the movement of physical components in the manufacturing area.
- Assists engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of devices and systems.
- Installs, repairs, and upgrades components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area.
- Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.
- Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures.
