About the role

The Digital Performance Optimization Manager is responsible for leading Haleon's digital ecosystem to drive brand growth, consumer engagement, eCommerce execution, and commercial performance for the Puerto Rico market. The role works closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Analytics, eCommerce partners, external agencies, vendors, and platform providers to maximize the impact of digital investment, strengthen marketplace execution, and accelerate portfolio growth across digital touchpoints.

Role Responsibilities

Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies that advance Haleon's Win as One strategy by helping place better everyday health in more hands and building superior, digitally enabled brands.
Lead digital media planning, buying, optimization, and performance analysis across relevant channels with a clear focus on strategic consistency of messaging, commercial effectiveness, and disciplined investment
Ensure media choices are informed by consumer needs and performance signals, while Unlocking Value at Pace through fast optimization, clear KPIs, and data-led decisions that improve campaign effectiveness, media ROI, and shareholder value.
Support the development of eCommerce growth strategies across key retail partners and marketplaces to reach more consumers with more Haleon products.
Drive consumer- and customer-led digital shelf optimization, product content, search visibility, ratings, conversion performance, and marketplace execution, while Collaborating for Impact with Sales, Commercial, Shopper, Brand, and customer teams to deliver integrated activation plans and sales objectives.
Oversee Digital Asset Management processes and content governance to ensure assets are current, accessible, compliant, and consistently used across platforms
Manage relationships with digital agencies, developers, technology providers, and platform partners to deliver effective, compliant, and value-creating execution.
Build strong partnerships, seek diverse expertise, and constructively challenge for better outcomes; simplify ways of working, reduce duplication, ensure projects are delivered on time Develop influencer and Key Opinion Leader engagement strategies that strengthen superior brand value, relevance, reach, and trust with consumers and expert communities and within budget, and select solutions that support Haleon's strategic priorities.
Ensure partnerships are authentic, insight-led, compliant, and aligned to real consumer and expert needs, while collaborating for impact with brand, medical, regulatory, agency, and commercial stakeholders to deliver measurable value and protect Haleon's reputation
Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Shopper Marketing, Analytics, Digital & Tech, and external partners to deliver integrated business objectives and help drive combined portfolio household penetration.
Drive collaboration by aligning teams around shared outcomes; support team growth by sharing digital expertise, coaching on digital performance, encouraging candid conversations, and helping colleagues build the capabilities needed to execute with greater confidence, pace, and impact.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, digital media, performance marketing, or related commercial digital roles.
Demonstrated ability to manage digital media investment, agency relationships, campaign optimization, and performance measurement.
Experience with eCommerce and marketplace execution, including digital shelf optimization, content performance, retail search, conversion, and marketplace analytics.
Strong analytical capability with experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting to support business decisions.
Experience collaborating across commercial, marketing, sales, analytics, and external partner teams to deliver integrated business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with consumer goods, consumer healthcare, CPG, or FMCG brands.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, content management systems, DAM platforms, retail media networks, and marketplace platforms including Amazon and Walmart.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple priorities, deliver through partners, and manage execution within timelines and budgets.
Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate performance insights into clear business recommendations.
Curiosity, continuous learning mindset, and results-oriented approach to digital transformation and commercial growth.
