Quality Assurance Specialist en Prosolar es responsable de garantizar que todos los procesos, instalaciones y proyectos solares cumplan con los más altos estándares de calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento regulatorio. Este rol es clave para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente, la eficiencia operativa y la mejora continua de nuestras operaciones solares residenciales, comerciales e industriales en Puerto Rico.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Realizar inspecciones de calidad en proyectos solares antes, durante y después de la instalación a través de la plataforma de Site Capture.
- Auditar procesos de instalación, almacenaje de equipos y mantenimiento
- Documentar hallazgos, no conformidades y oportunidades de mejora.
- Coordinar y participar en investigaciones de problemas técnicos y de calidad, incluyendo acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- Colaborar con equipos para optimizar procesos y garantizar cumplimiento de estándares.
- Desarrollar y actualizar procedimientos de calidad y listas de verificación.
- Apoyar en procesos de capacitación relacionados con calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento.
Requirements
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en aseguramiento de calidad o supervisión técnica en proyectos eléctricos, construcción o energía renovable.
Conocimiento práctico de sistemas solares fotovoltaicos (residenciales y comerciales).
Habilidad para leer planos eléctricos y especificaciones técnicas.
Dominio de Microsoft Office y herramientas de gestión de proyectos o calidad.
Licencia de conducir válida en Puerto Rico.
Requisitos físicos:
Períodos prolongados de estar sentado
Debe ser capaz de levantar hasta 15 libras
