Agentic AI Architect Anthropic Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise AI and machine learning solutions.
• Define end-to-end architectures covering data ingestion, preparation, model selection, orchestration, APIs, workflow integrations, user experiences, monitoring, and governance.
• Design and implement Claude, Anthropic API, LLM, RAG, agentic AI, prompt/context engineering, tool-use, and structured-output applications.
• Develop AI agents and workflows with permissions, memory, approval gates, fallback paths, escalation mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Build ML, NLP, feature-engineering, ETL/ELT, and large-scale data-processing pipelines.
• Integrate AI services with ServiceNow, enterprise applications, APIs, identity providers, databases, document repositories, collaboration platforms, and operational systems.
• Establish AI quality, evaluation, regression testing, observability, monitoring, tracing, security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, design reviews, proofs of concept, client demonstrations, and delivery roadmaps.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, KPIs, and executive-ready reporting for AI adoption, business value, workflow outcomes, and model quality.
• Contribute reusable agent designs, integration components, evaluation assets, and implementation accelerators to NewRocket’s AI Foundry.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience applying AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or intelligent automation to practical enterprise use cases.
• Strong hands-on coding expertise in Python and SQL.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Demonstrated experience architecting or delivering AI/ML, LLM, RAG, conversational AI, agentic AI, or AI-powered automation solutions.
• Understanding of algorithms, object-oriented programming, functional design principles, software architecture, and API integration patterns.
• Hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, tokens, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud, plus Apache Spark and Snowflake.
• NLP experience with Hugging Face, transformer models, cloud AI services, or comparable technologies.
• Experience with database management, query optimization, data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality, and data visualization using Tableau and Power BI.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, security, human oversight, hallucination mitigation, prompt-injection defenses, model limitations, and governed deployment.
• Ability to collaborate across client, consulting, engineering, product, data, and AI/ML teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Preferred experience with Claude, the Anthropic API, Anthropic Console, Claude Code, Anthropic Academy, Model Context Protocol, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, enterprise search, LLMOps, MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience; advanced degrees and relevant AI, cloud, data, ServiceNow, or Anthropic certifications are a plus.
