Team Overview

El puesto de Sales Support brinda soporte administrativo, operativo y analítico al área comercial, colaborando estrechamente con equipos de Ventas, Finanzas y Operaciones para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de ventas, la gestión precisa de la información y la atención eficiente a clientes internos y externos

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

Brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo a la organización de ventas.
Coordinar actividades y procesos comerciales con equipos multifuncionales.
Gestionar y mantener información y bases de datos comerciales de manera precisa y oportuna.
Dar seguimiento a procesos relacionados con ventas, cotizaciones, contratos, facturación y cuentas de clientes.
Apoyar la administración y actualización de información en Salesforce u otras herramientas CRM.
Colaborar con Finanzas, Operaciones y otras áreas para asegurar la correcta ejecución de procesos comerciales.
Elaborar reportes, análisis y presentaciones utilizando herramientas de Microsoft Office.
Proporcionar soporte a clientes y cuentas estratégicas, garantizando un alto nivel de servicio.
Dar seguimiento a múltiples proyectos, tareas y fechas límite en un entorno dinámico.
Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a la optimización de procesos comerciales.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

Bachillerato o licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Finanzas o áreas relacionadas.
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia profesional.
Dominio completo del inglés y español, tanto verbal como escrito.
Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint y Outlook.
Experiencia práctica con Salesforce o plataformas CRM similares.
Conocimiento de Ariba o herramientas equivalentes para gestión de proveedores y compras.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
Excelentes habilidades analíticas, organizativas y de resolución de problemas.
Sólidas habilidades de comunicación e interacción profesional.

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $******,00 - $******,00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
