Estamos buscando un Generalista de Recursos Humanos para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este puesto, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y colaborativo mientras aportas tus habilidades y conocimiento al equipo.Funciones del Trabajo:
- Asistir en la gestión de todos los procesos de Recursos Humanos.- Ayudar en la búsqueda y selección de talentos para el departamento, incluyendo la revisión de curriculums, evaluación de candidatos y entrevistas.
- Administración de las políticas y procedimientos de Recursos Humanos de la empresa.
- Mantener los registros y estadísticas de Recursos Humanos actualizados y precisos.
- Coordinar y participar en proyectos de desarrollo de empleados.
Requisitos:
- Bachillerato en Adm. de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, Psicología o area relacionada.- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión de Recursos Humanos o en un puesto similar.
- Conocimiento avanzado en programas de Microsoft Office.
- Habilidad para comunicar con claridad y efectividad.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma independiente.
