Evergreen - Customer Service Healthcare

Atento is seeking a dedicated and experienced  Customer Service Representative with a strong background in  health insurance . The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of health insurance policies, claims, and benefits.  Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with a minimum B2 proficiency in English. This is an  onsite position and requires  availability to work weekends.

What would you do in this role:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries regarding health insurance plans, claims, billing, and coverage options.
• Assist customers in navigating their health insurance benefits, resolving issues, and explaining policy details in a clear and professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Process customer requests, including claims submissions, plan changes, and other administrative tasks.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to maintain compliance.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM or database.

To become part of our team:

• Proven experience in  health insurance (e.g., policy management, claims processing) and  customer service .
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) at a minimum B2 level in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficient in using customer service software, CRMs, and standard office tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in healthcare, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work  onsite and  weekends as required.
