*Position Summary*

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Sales Closer* to join our client intake and sales operations. This in-person role is based in our Mayagüez office and requires a professional with strong leadership, communication, and strategic sales skills. You will oversee the intake team, manage performance metrics, and develop strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Persistently monitor potential new client inquiries (email, internet, phone and referrals) to ensure performance targets are met
* Immediately contact every potential client and establish relationship with client after consultation, ensuring efficient follow-up, high conversion rates, and excellent customer experience
* Will require a percentage of daily and monthly closing to improve revenue growth

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred)
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development
* Experience in legal, immigration services, or related professional services industry preferred
* Strong leadership and team-building skills
* Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
* Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
