Firma de servicios profesionales en Puerto Rico busca un/a Semi-Senior de Auditoría para integrarse a su equipo de trabajo. Esta posición tendrá participación activa en la planificación y ejecución de auditorías, preparación de estados financieros, manejo de clientes y supervisión de personal asignado.
Responsabilidades principales
- Planificar y ejecutar procesos de auditoría de acuerdo con los cronogramas establecidos.
- Participar en trabajos de atestación, revisión y compilación.
- Preparar y revisar documentación relacionada con los procesos de auditoría.
- Participar en la preparación de estados financieros.
- Supervisar y orientar a Staff Auditors y asistentes asignados a los engagements.
- Monitorear las horas y recursos asignados a los proyectos.
- Identificar y comunicar oportunamente asuntos técnicos o situaciones que puedan afectar el progreso de los trabajos.
- Preparar recomendaciones relacionadas con controles internos y otros asuntos identificados durante las auditorías.
- Realizar investigación técnica cuando sea necesario.
- Mantener comunicación profesional con clientes y miembros del equipo.
Requirements
- Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas con concentración en Contabilidad.
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en auditoría.
- Experiencia en procesos de atestación, revisión y/o compilación.
- Experiencia preparando estados financieros.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office.
- Excel a nivel proficient.
- Capacidad para manejar varios proyectos y clientes simultáneamente.
- Excelentes destrezas de organización, comunicación y solución de problemas.
- Capacidad para supervisar y desarrollar personal.
- Inglés intermedio.
- CPA preferiblemente.
