WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree and or an equivalent of two (2) years of experience in regulated industries.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Shift: Administrative & according to business needs.
- Availability to work at 2nd shift (1pm to 9pm).
- Experience in:
- Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, Solidworks.
- Application and principles of Manufacturing/Process Engineering.
- Process Validation.
- Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Generate and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, TQF, Process Characterization and Process Validation based on equipment capabilities.
- Executes cost improvement, product/process, and technology transfer projects.
- Conduct process equipment installation/operational/performance qualification studies to test their functionality.
- Support operational qualification assessments that will validate critical operating parameters are within qualified parameters.
- Support New Products Introduction (NPI) and Process transfer activities in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
