Settlement Attorney

Our Client, a top Legal Firm in Continental USA is hiring multiple
Settlement Attorneys based in their Puerto Ricos office. These positions
will manage the settlement stage of the cases and provide guidance to
clients through the last point of the legal process. This is a client and
opposing counsel facing role.

Salary range: $60k - $65k

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the
  settlement phase.
• Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork to finalize their
  settlements.
• Work closely with opposing counsel to negotiate and finalize
  settlements agreements.
• Ensure all settlements terms are documented and agreed upon
  by all parties.
• Work closely with other attorneys to ensure cohesive and
  efficient case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree and active PR state bar license
• Willing to work a 11:30AM-8:30PM schedule.
• Complete fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with client-facing communication
• On-Site
