*Shop Production Worker*
*Job Description*
Quick Metal Shop is looking for a hands-on Shop Production Worker to support daily production in our metal fabrication shop.
This role is mainly focused on assembly work, but the person must be flexible and willing to rotate between different shop areas, including laser cutting, bending, welding support, powder coating, packing, and general production tasks.

*This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, physical work, is eager to learn, and wants to become a valuable part of a growing production team.*
*Requirements:*
* Proactive and responsible
* Good attitude and willingness to learn
* Comfortable working in a shop/production environment
* Able to handle physical work and move metal parts safely
* Basic knowledge of tools is a plus
* Experience in metal fabrication is a plus, but not required
* Must be dependable and punctual
* Able to work as part of a team
*Scope of work may include:*
* Assembling metal products and parts
* Supporting laser cutting, bending, welding, and powder coating tasks
* Packing and preparing orders for delivery or shipping
* Keeping the shop clean, organized, and following safety procedures
* Rotating between shop areas based on production needs

Quick Metal Shop está buscando una persona práctica y dinámica para apoyar la producción diaria en nuestro taller de fabricación de metal.
Este puesto está enfocado principalmente en trabajos de ensamble, pero la persona debe ser flexible y estar dispuesta a rotar entre diferentes áreas del taller, incluyendo corte láser, doblez, apoyo en soldadura, powder coating, empaque y tareas generales de producción.

*Este puesto es ideal para alguien que disfruta el trabajo práctico y físico, tiene deseos de aprender y quiere formar parte de un equipo de producción en crecimiento.*

* Capaz de realizar trabajo físico y mover piezas de metal de forma segura
* Conocimiento básico de herramientas es un plus
* Experiencia en fabricación de metal es un plus, pero no es requerida

* Capaz de trabajar en equipo
*El trabajo puede incluir:*
* Ensamble de productos y piezas metálicas
* Apoyo en corte láser, doblez, soldadura y powder coating
* Empaque y preparación de órdenes para entrega o envío
* Mantener el taller limpio, organizado y seguir procedimientos de seguridad
* Rotar entre áreas del taller según las necesidades de producción
