Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en gerencia y supervisión de personal.
- Experiencia liderando y coordinando grupos de empleados.
- Conocimiento y manejo de:
- Elaboración y administración de horarios de trabajo.
- Procesos de nómina.
- Reclutamiento y selección de personal.
- Transferencias y movimientos de empleados.
- Cuadres de caja.
- Servicio al cliente.
- Control de inventarios.
- Compras y abastecimiento.
Preferiblemente con experiencia directa en restaurantes.
Disponibilidad:
- Full time y turnos rotativos.
- Disponibilidad para moverse -en caso de ser necesario- a otros restaurantes dentro del área donde sean contratados.
