Lead a dynamic team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Shape and implement cybersecurity strategies and maintain regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH). Develop and enforce IT policies, processes, and service level agreements. Drive innovative upgrades and installations while maintaining stability and security. Send your resumé to:****** Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent. Master's degree in IT Management, Cybersecurity, Big Data, or Emerging Technologies, Business Administration, or equivalent. At least 8-10 years of experience in IT-related roles. Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AD, Office 365 and windows technologies. Proven track record in implementing and managing enterprise-level technology strategies. Experience in budgeting and managing IT projects Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing. Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation (e.g. GDPR). Leadership and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects. Outstanding communication skills. Problem-solving aptitude. Bilingual (Spanish/ English). Preferred: Certifications in the areas of Cyber Security & Cloud Infrastructure. EEOC
