Responsabilidades:
Responsable del cumplimiento de regulaciones federales y de los distintos programas internos tales como GMPs, SSOPs, SPS, HACCP, estándares de calidad, Bienestar Animal y Manejo integrado de plagas, etc. Esta posición trabajará para coordinar e implementar estrategias con el objetivo de alcanzar las metas del Departamento, incluyendo comunicación diaria con Técnicos de Control de Calidad, Supervisores, Gerentes, Directores y personal de USDA y la asistencia durante auditorías internas, externas y de Suplidores.
- Educación
- Bachillerato en Ciencias y/o Estudios relacionados al manejo de alimentos
- Certificaciones GMP’s, HACCP, SSOP’s preferible.
- Requisitos Adicionales
- Bilingüe: Español e Inglés, preferiblemente (oral y escrito)
- Experiencia previa trabajando en Control de Calidad para industria de alimentos (preferible)
- Conocimiento básico en programas de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
- Buenas destrezas de lectura y escritura
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral
- Buenas relaciones interpersonales
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo
