Actualmente buscamos un(a) Adjuster Trainee para unirse a nuestro equipo en Hato Rey y contribuir a una cultura donde cada minuto se convierte en oportunidad.
Funciones
- Recibir entrenamiento formal y práctico en el área de tasación y ajuste.
- Apoyar en el manejo de reclamaciones de auto en distintas etapas del proceso.
- Participar activamente en inspecciones y evaluaciones de vehículos.
- Aplicar políticas y procedimientos internos durante la gestión de casos.
- Cumplir con los requisitos necesarios para la obtención de la licencia de ajustador.
Educación
Bachillerato completado en Administración de Empresas o áreas relacionadas.
Licencia de ajustador, preferiblemente.
Experiencia
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente
