- Scope covering the Americas region , including:
Caribbean (Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Martinique), as well as selected overseas territories (Mayotte, New Caledonia) - Extremely large geographical coverage (+13,000 km across 7 time zones)
- Significant time differences (up to 17 hours)
- Multicultural and multilingual environment
- Challenging HSE and security contexts in certain areas
- Highly diverse regulatory frameworks
- Subsidiaries with varying size and HSE maturity, including recently acquired entities
- Highly competitive market with strong regional players
- Strategic growth region for the Marketing & Services branch
- Consolidate monthly HSE reports across the EOMC BU
- Prepare and distribute reports and presentations
- Consolidate cross-functional reporting (Societal, Environmental, CR404, etc.)
- Collect, validate, and anticipate inputs from subsidiaries
- Support subsidiaries in structuring and presenting data
- Provide ad hoc reporting to headquarters
- Cascade directives, alerts, and regulatory updates
- Support implementation of Group HSE standards
- Contribute to emergency preparedness and crisis response
- Support societal initiatives
- Participate in HSE trainings and events
- Coordinate contractor inspections
- Contribute to Carribean and Outre-Mer Head Office HSE programs
- Ensure safe, compliant, and responsible operations
- Deliver HSE performance aligned with Group standards
- Support regional growth
- Strengthen TotalEnergies' reputation as a responsible local player
- Enable sustainable development in fast-growing and competitive markets
- Engineering degree, a specialization in HSE would be appreciated
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong autonomy and sense of ownership
- Natural leadership and ability to engage stakeholders
- Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders (from operations to management)
- High adaptability in a multicultural and multi-site environment
- Advanced Excel skills mandatory
- Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Power BI highly expected
- Ability to quickly deliver data-driven insights and high-impact presentations
- English:B2/C1 level
- French: B2/C1 level
- Spanish: B2 level
