Actualmente buscamos a un(a) Corporate Governance & Legal Operations Attorney para unirse a nuestro equipo en Hato Rey y contribuir a una cultura donde cada minuto se convierte en oportunidad.
Formaras parte de un equipo estratégico responsable de fortalecer la gobernanza corporativa de Mapfre , apoyar procesos legales clave y promover iniciativas de innovación y transformación digital. Tendrás la oportunidad de colaborar directamente con la alta gerencia y participar en proyectos que impactan la operación local y la alineación con los estándares globales de la organización.
Deberes
- Apoyar al General Counsel y a la Secretaría General en asuntos de gobernanza corporativa local y global.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a procesos de gobernanza corporativa, incluyendo comunicaciones, reportes y requerimientos corporativos.
- Preparar, revisar y administrar documentación corporativa, incluyendo:
- Actas y minutas
- Resoluciones corporativas
- Certificaciones
- Poderes
- Informes para juntas y comités
- Apoyar la gestión integral del ciclo de vida de contratos (Contract Lifecycle Management), incluyendo revisión, negociación, aprobaciones y archivo.
- Realizar investigaciones legales y regulatorias.
- Preparar memorandos, análisis y opiniones legales.
- Desarrollar, documentar y optimizar procesos legales y administrativos para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la gestión de riesgos.
- Participar en iniciativas de transformación digital, automatización de procesos e innovación legal.
- Promover la adopción y mejora de herramientas tecnológicas utilizadas por la función legal.
- Realizar otras funciones relacionadas asignadas por el General Counsel o el Secretario Corporativo.
Educación y Licencias
- Juris Doctor de una institución acreditada.
- Licencia vigente de abogado(a) y notario(a) en Puerto Rico.
Experiencia
- Entre 2 y 6 años de experiencia profesional.
- Experiencia en derecho corporativo, contractual o administrativo.
- Experiencia en manejo y administración de documentación corporativa.
