Program Administrator

A Remedial Yeshiva in Brooklyn is looking for an experienced Assistant Program Administrator to join their team. This position offers a salary range of $100k-$120k and requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in project management and educational administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Yeshiva's administrative functions, managing fundraising and construction projects, creating resource rooms, implementing night learning programs, increasing student enrollment, and recruiting new staff.

Responsibilities: Support administrative functions of the Yeshiva. Manage fundraising efforts for the new school building and scholarship fund. Oversee the construction project and create resource rooms in Yeshivas. Implement a night learning program. Increase enrollment by reaching out to local school principals for student recommendations. Provide teachers with the necessary materials for sessions. Ensure accurate and timely student progress reports. Recruit new staff for administrative and educational roles. Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting. Strong project management skills with experience in managing construction projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Familiarity with the needs of children with learning challenges is a plus. Proficiency in computers. Ability to represent the Yeshiva effectively and come across as a "chinuch" person. Older candidates who are very capable and driven are encouraged to apply.
