Responsabilidades:
- Ensambla piezas o partes del producto y/o empacan el producto de acuerdo al Bill of Material, Blueprints, Specs y SOPs siguiendo las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, Documentación, Calidad, Seguridad y Ambiental.
- Se asegura de que el producto tenga todos sus componentes.
- Realiza las pruebas de fuga y bloqueo al producto cuando son requeridas.
- Inspecciona el producto en todas las etapas de manufactura.
- Revisar que las piezas a usarse sean las apropiadas y que estén en buenas condiciones.
- Empacar las unidades individuales según especifique Bill of Material, Specs y SOPs.
- Empacar y paletizar producto final según especifique Bill of Material, Specs y SOPs.
- Cumplir en todo momento con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP), Buenas Prácticas de Documentación (GDP) con las reglas de la compañía y regulaciones de EHS.
- Responsable por las continúas inspecciones de EHS para identificar y corregir peligros de seguridad y aspectos ambientales. Seguir los procedimientos aplicables, y analizar los incidentes de EHS (incluyendo las fallas cercanas) para encontrar las causas y tomar acciones correctivas.
Cualificaciones:
- Diploma de Escuela Superior
- Conocimiento en GMP
- Leer e interpretar inglés.
- Disponible para trabajar horas extra cuando sea requerido.
- Debe tener conocimiento manejando Forklift.
- Turno turno C – 10pm a 5am Lun-Juev (8hrs) y Vier 10pm a 10am (12hr)
