Actualmente contamos con una oportunidad de empleo para un(a) Aprobador de Reclamaciones para nuestra oficina central en Hato Rey.
Funciones
- Evaluar y analizar reclamaciones de seguros de vida y salud, verificando su elegibilidad de acuerdo con las condiciones de la póliza
- Revisar documentación médica, certificados, historias clínicas y soportes financieros asociados a cada caso.
- Validar cobertura, exclusiones, períodos de carencia y sumas aseguradas antes de la aprobación.
- Autorizar, rechazar o escalar reclamaciones conforme a los lineamientos internos y regulatorios.
- Calcular y aprobar montos a pagar según beneficios contratados (indemnizaciones, reembolsos, etc.).
Educación
Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresas o Grado Técnico en Facturación de Planes Médicos.
