Estamos buscando un/a Merchandiser para cubrir una ruta en el área metro, visitando supermercados y puntos de venta asignados.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de mantener una excelente presencia de nuestros productos en tienda, apoyar la rotación de inventario, reabastecer mercancía y desarrollar buenas relaciones con los gerentes y personal de los supermercados.
*Responsabilidades principales*
* Visitar supermercados y tiendas asignadas dentro de la ruta del área metro.
* Reabastecer inventario de mercancía en las áreas de exhibición según sea necesario.
* Dar rotación adecuada al inventario para asegurar frescura, orden y buena presentación.
* Mantener las góndolas, exhibidores y espacios asignados limpios, organizados y bien surtidos.
* Desarrollar y mantener buenas relaciones con gerentes de tienda y personal clave.
* Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la visibilidad y disponibilidad de los productos.
* Preparar y realizar órdenes de compra según las necesidades de cada tienda.
* Documentar las visitas, inventario, incidencias y oportunidades encontradas.
* Reportar cualquier situación relacionada a inventario, exhibiciones, precios o disponibilidad de productos.
*Requisitos*
* Buena presencia y actitud profesional.
* Excelentes destrezas sociales y de comunicación.
* Responsable, organizado/a y puntual.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y manejar una ruta diaria.
* Preferiblemente con experiencia previa en merchandising, ventas, servicio al cliente, retail o supermercados.
* Habilidad para desarrollar relaciones positivas con gerentes y empleados de tienda.
* Atención al detalle y sentido de urgencia.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar Full Time.
* Vehículo propio en buenas condiciones.
* Licencia de conducir vigente.
