Legal Assistant & Intake Coordinator In-Person | San Juan, PR | Full-Time | Salaried, Non-Exempt The Law Firm of Michelle Reyes, LLC is looking for an organized, client-focused Legal Assistant & Intake Coordinator to join our growing immigration practice. This in-person role combines client intake with legal assistant and administrative support. You'll be the first person clients deal with and the link between intake, onboarding, and our legal team. Responsibilities Answer calls, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries by phone, text, email, and social media Screen leads, run conflict checks, schedule consultations, process payments, and follow up with leads Open new matters, organize client documents, and keep files accurate Prepare templated forms, filing and signature packets, and routine correspondence for review Calendar deadlines and appointments, and track receipt notices and case status Handle mail, logs, office supplies, and help with marketing and social media Qualifications 1+ year of administrative, intake, client-service, or legal-support experience 1+ year of immigration law experience Professional fluency in English and Spanish Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and able to learn case management and CRM systems Able to maintain confidentiality and escalate legal questions appropriately Preferred: legal assistant, CRM, social media, or newsletter experience Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience and qualifications Monday–Friday, full-time, in person Paid holidays Health insurance and quarterly bonuses available after the probationary period To apply: Send your résumé and a brief cover letter to ****** with the subject line "Legal Assistant & Intake Coordinator – San Juan."
