Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and efficiency of facility operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facility systems to identify and address any issues or potential improvements.
• Coordinate and manage facility-related projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new installations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility needs are met and to support overall organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors.
• Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and projects.

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Facilities Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with energy management and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS).
