Division Description Felton Institutes Early Psychosis award winning program (re)MIND (formerly PREP) was originally developed in partnership with the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). Feltons (re)MIND is an early psychosis coordinated specialty care model for early detection and treatment of schizophrenia spectrum disorders. (re)MIND core evidence-based practices include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp), Strength?Based Care Management, Multi?family Group Therapy, Peer Support, Algorithm-Based Medication Management and Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model of supported education and employment. Funded through partnerships with county behavioral health departments, the Felton Early Psychosis Division operates outpatient coordinated specialty care for early psychosis programs in San Francisco, Alameda, San Mateo, and Marin, and offers excellent training and workforce development.
Job Description The Early Psychosis Division (EPD) Project Manager will support implementation of data collection system in (re)MIND Early Psychosis sites, coordinate data collection activities, and support the development and implementation of multiple Early Psychosis Division projects. The EPD Project Manager will assist with preparation of presentations and manuscripts, dissemination of program results, as well as provide logistical support to the Early Psychosis Division Director. Local travel between agency sites is expected. The EPD Project Manager reports directly to the Felton Early Psychosis Division Director (or as assigned by the Division Director).
Specific Responsibilities Support implementation of data collection system, consisting of standardized assessment battery including outcomes measurement Coordinate assessments to be completed by staff as well as program participants and family members (self-report measures) for the purpose of program evaluation Gather information from electronic health records in use at multiple program sites (CIRCE, EPIC, SmartCare, Avatar, Objective Arts, and others) and ensure data accuracy Coordinate assessments of fidelity to Early Psychosis Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) and evidence-based practices implemented with the Felton (re)MIND model Attend and participate in weekly team case conferences, and ensure that up to date information is entered into databases utilized for outcome reporting Analyze outcome information for programs that will be used in periodic reporting, outreach activities, and conference presentations Work with program and division leadership to write up periodic reports Update outreach material with most recent program outcomes Coordinate scheduling of focus groups, interviews, meetings with community partners and executive meetings with Division Director Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, public health, or related field Previous experience as program or project manager in health or social services settings highly desirable Knowledge of social science research design and standard research methodology Familiarity with statistical analysis and experience working with large, complex data sets Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), cloud-based software (Box, Dropbox, Google Docs, Survey Monkey, Qualtrics), Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Monday.com and other project management software Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or EHR software such as EPIC, SmartCare, Avatar preferred Demonstrated ability to interact with and respect differences of opinion, beliefs, culture, appearances and ways of life Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Adaptable, open to change, and able to tolerate ambiguity Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and effective time management Additional Information: Reports to: Early Psychosis Division Director

FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $85,000 - $93,000 Annually (DOE)
