*We're Hiring! – HR Reception and Administrative Assistant*
*Pay:* $***** - $***** per hour
At *B2B Funding PR*, we are looking for a highly professional, organized, and service-oriented *HR Reception and Administrative Assistant*. This position plays a key role as the first point of contact for our clients, candidates, and visitors, while providing administrative and Human Resources support.
*Work Location:* On-site (Office)
*Responsibilities*
* Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates.
* Provide administrative and Human Resources support.
* Coordinate schedules and assist with daily operational tasks.
* Manage documentation, filing, and data entry.
* Assist with internal Human Resources processes and employee documentation.
*Qualifications*
* Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Professional, ethical, and proactive attitude.
* Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional appearance.
*Schedule*
*Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.*
Availability to work overtime when needed.
