We are looking for a Call Center Representative for a Hybrid position to assist patients with scheduling and managing hospital appointments. This position will handle patient calls, provide assistance with the appointment system, and support Spanish and English-speaking patients. Details: • Training: Onsite for the first 3 months in Montehiedra, San Juan. • After successfully completing training, the position will transition to a Hybrid schedule: 3 days Onsite / 2 days Remote. • Vacation hours (PTO) will not be available during the first 6 months of employment. IMPORTANT: The first 3 months of training are fully Onsite. After successfully completing the training period, the position will transition to a Hybrid schedule of 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote.

Requirements: • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment. • Willingness to adapt to a metrics-driven environment, including call handling time and other performance metrics. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. • Good computer skills and ability to assist patients with navigating an appointment scheduling system. Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Sunday, including weekends and/or holidays as needed, within operating hours of 7:00am to 11:00pm. Send your resume: ******
