Contador Senior

¡Nuestro equipo sigue creciendo cada día! Debido a esta expansión, estamos buscando un Contador Senior para unirse a nuestro equipo en Puerto Rico . Este rol es fundamental para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas contables y fiscales, gestionar la nómina, los impuestos, las cuentas por pagar (AP) y cuentas por cobrar (AR), además de brindar soporte continuo a nuestro equipo financiero y clientes.
Responsabilidades:
- Contabilidad General: Administrar el ciclo contable completo, incluyendo conciliaciones bancarias, cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar y registros financieros.
- Nómina e Impuestos: Supervisar y ejecutar los procesos de nómina, el cumplimiento fiscal y otras obligaciones tributarias en Puerto Rico.
- Cumplimiento Normativo: Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones fiscales y laborales locales, incluyendo la presentación de declaraciones de impuestos y otros requisitos legales.
- Asesoría y Soporte: Brindar apoyo al equipo financiero y atender consultas de clientes internos y externos sobre temas contables y fiscales.
Requerimientos:
- Título en Contaduría Pública, Finanzas o un campo relacionado.
- De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en un rol similar.
- Especialización en nómina e impuestos.
- Ser Contador Público Certificado.
- Dominio intermedio-avanzado de inglés.
- Conocimiento actualizado de normativas contables y fiscales en Puerto Rico.
- Experiencia con software contable y herramientas de gestión financiera.
- Habilidades analíticas, organizativas y de comunicación.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y gestionar múltiples responsabilidades eficazmente.
