Responsibilities Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Be the link between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by our company. Perform the essential duties of servicing our book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement. The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position. Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems. Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license. Work well with other employees and be a team player with a positive attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently
