Oferta de Empleo – Mantenimiento, Pintura y Mudanza de Oficinas SunFuel PR busca una persona responsable, dinámica y con disposición para realizar trabajos de mantenimiento, pintura y mudanza de oficinas . Responsabilidades principales: Realizar trabajos de pintura en oficinas y áreas de trabajo. Realizar reparaciones menores y trabajos básicos de mantenimiento. Preparar y acondicionar espacios antes y después de trabajos de pintura. Desmontar, mover y montar muebles y equipos de oficina. Empacar, transportar y organizar materiales, documentos y equipos durante mudanzas internas o entre oficinas. Cargar y descargar mobiliario, herramientas y materiales utilizando prácticas seguras. Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y organizadas. Apoyar en la preparación y organización de nuevas oficinas. Realizar otras tareas generales de mantenimiento según las necesidades de la compañía. Requisitos: Experiencia en pintura y mantenimiento general. Capacidad para realizar trabajos físicos y cargar/mover equipos y mobiliario. Conocimiento básico de herramientas manuales. Responsable, puntual y organizado. Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo. Buena actitud y disposición para realizar diferentes tareas. Licencia de conducir vigente, preferiblemente.
