Supervisa, dirige y mantiene control en las funciones y actividades del Departamento de Frutas y Vegetales.
- Responsable de supervisar personal de su departamento, acciones disciplinarias evaluaciones, horarios y productividad.
- Realiza orden de mercancía basada en su inventario actual y el ordenado.
- Realiza orden de especiales con anticipación para garantizar la disponibilidad del producto.
- Sigue los procedimientos para el recibo de la mercancía, marcar precios y reabastecimiento.
- Trabaja en coordinación con el Recibidor para verificar los recibos del departamento. Verifica la calidad, peso y condición del producto.
- Responsable de llevar los productos del área de recibo al área de preparación del producto o almacenaje. Incluyendo las refrigeradas.
