Description:
The DevOps Delivery Project Manager & Scrum Master is an individual contributor for position that oversee the delivery of enterprise-scale data analytics and software engineering initiatives. This role combines Agile program leadership, DevOps process coordination, and enterprise repository governance, ensuring teams deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and bridges the gap between product management and engineering delivery.
Responsibilities:
* The position is accountable for end-to-end sprint planning backlog management and on time delivery of DevOps software deliverables.
* Lead Agile project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Serve as Scrum Master for DevOps engineering squads, coaching teams on Agile best practices and process improvements.
* Manage repository governance, branch policies, pull request workflows, and overall CI/CD compliance across the development organization.
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts to align engineering priorities with business objectives.
* Monitor sprint metrics, track progress, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
* Support cross-functional teams, including software QA, Software Architecture, and Site Reliability Engineering, to ensure release readiness and change management.
* Drive standardization and consistency in DevOps practices, workflows, and enterprise tooling.
* Document processes, workflows, and governance procedures to maintain compliance with organizational standards.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field (Master's preferred).
* 5+ years managing Agile or DevOps software delivery projects in enterprise environments.
* 7+ years of Scrum Master experience, preferably with GitHub Enterprise or similar tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
* Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
* Experience with backlog management, sprint reporting, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
* Familiarity with CI/CD automation, including GitHub Actions, Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD.
* Proven ability to manage repository governance, branching strategies, and compliance requirements.
* English Proficiency required
* Preferred Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II/III), PMI-ACP, PMP with Agile focus, GitHub Administrator, GitHub Actions Specialist, ITIL 4/ITSM Foundation.
