Prime Janitorial Service
- Cumplir con el mantenimiento y conservación de las áreas verdes de acuerdo a las especificaciones del cliente.
- Responsable de cumplir con las leyes ambientales con respecto a los químicos a utilizarse en las áreas verdes.
- Documentar diariamente cualquier suceso, actividad o situación irregular.
- Inspeccionar la calidad del servicio que se provee al cliente.
- Atender cualquier necesidad, reclamación o sugerencia existente de los clientes.
- Diseñar jardines de acuerdo a los requerimientos del cliente.
- Mantener inventario de equipo y químicos.
- Responsable de mantener el equipo en buenas condiciones.
- Adiestrar a los empleados.
- Preparar informes periódicos de las tareas realizadas.
- Dirigir el personal asignado a los diferentes proyectos. Evaluar el desempeño, aplicación de disciplina, programa de asistencia, etc.
- Cumplir con los estándares requeridos por OSHA.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Habilidad para trabajar con múltiples tareas al mismo tiempo.
- Habilidad para expresar claramente sus ideas tanto escritas como orales.
- Conocimiento en inventario, realización de itinerarios de trabajo y supervisión.
- Conocimiento en matemática básica.
- Dos (2) años de experiencia en mantenimiento de áreas verdes y diseño de jardines.
- Destrezas de organización y liderato.
- Orientado al Servicio al Cliente
