Tax Supervisor/Manager

*Requirements:*

· BBA in Accounting.

· Experience in an international or local CPA firm.

. At least 3 years' experience in a similar position.

· Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Expert Puerto Rico Tax Program, MyTAXPrepOffice and CaseWare .

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Write and speak fluently in both Spanish and English.

· Ability to supervise staff.

· Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers or regulatory agencies.

· Ability to effectively present information to top managers, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

· Able to manage a busy work load and to complete daily work on time.

· Exercise discretion, constructive and effective time management plus the ability to work Independently.

· CPA preferred.
