Laboratory Validation Specialist

For Process Validation services in the manufacturing area.

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor in Life Science or Engineering with five (5) years of exposure in Process Validation activities within the Biotechnology Industry.  
• Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
• Experience in:
• Validation life cycle and documentation.  
• Laboratory equipment protocol.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Develop, execute, and maintain validation protocols and reports for laboratory equipment and systems, including but not limited to instruments, software, and processes.
• Perform Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for new and existing equipment.
• Ensure that all validation activities are performed in accordance with FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review validation documentation including validation plans, protocols, reports, and change control records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of validation activities and outcomes.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing validation documentation and supporting evidence.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laboratory equipment and systems.
