Buscamos un/a Controller para liderar la función financiera de una organización de contract manufacturing con operaciones en Estados Unidos y Puerto Rico, sirviendo a la industria de medical devices .
Esta posición tendrá un rol estratégico trabajando directamente con el President y el liderazgo operacional para fortalecer la rentabilidad, optimizar costos, mejorar procesos financieros y apoyar la toma de decisiones del negocio.
Responsabilidades principales
- Liderar y desarrollar el equipo de Finanzas, estableciendo métricas y objetivos de desempeño.
- Dirigir los procesos de budgeting, forecasting y financial planning para múltiples localidades.
- Analizar costos, márgenes, inventario, cash flow y variaciones financieras para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Liderar cost accounting , incluyendo análisis de variaciones, estructuras de costos y rentabilidad por cliente y producto.
- Trabajar directamente con Operaciones y Supply Chain para identificar oportunidades de reducción de costos y optimización de inventario.
- Desarrollar reportes y dashboards financieros para apoyar la toma de decisiones ejecutivas.
- Evaluar inversiones de capital, ROI, payback y alternativas de financiamiento.
- Supervisar procesos de auditoría, cumplimiento financiero y requerimientos regulatorios.
- Apoyar iniciativas estratégicas relacionadas con mejoras de procesos, ERP, expansión, consolidación de operaciones y otros proyectos corporativos.
- Fungir como socio estratégico del liderazgo operacional, traduciendo resultados financieros en oportunidades concretas para mejorar la rentabilidad.
Requirements
- Bachillerato en Contabilidad, Finanzas o área relacionada .
- 7–10+ años de experiencia progresiva en Contabilidad/Finanzas .
- Mínimo 3–5 años de experiencia en manufactura .
- Experiencia sólida en Cost Accounting y análisis de variaciones .
- Experiencia trabajando con ERP y dominio avanzado de Excel.
- Experiencia en budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis y profitability analysis.
- Experiencia liderando equipos y colaborando con diferentes áreas del negocio.
- Excelentes destrezas de comunicación en inglés y español .
- CPA o CMA será considerado un plus.
