Zellius Telecommunications Inc. está expandiendo su operación en Puerto Rico y busca un(a) Ejecutivo(a) Senior de Ventas con experiencia en cuentas corporativas y desarrollo de negocios en telecomunicaciones o tecnología.
Compensación Competitiva
* $***** por hora base
* Hasta 40 horas semanales
* $350 mensuales de car allowance
Comisión escalonada:
* 5% sobre ventas > $5,000
* 7% sobre ventas > $10,000
* 10% sobre ventas > $15,000
Comisión pagada una sola vez, luego del pago de la primera factura del cliente
Ingreso potencial mensual: $3,000 – $5,000+
Perfil Ideal
* Experiencia en ventas consultivas B2B
* Experiencia en telecomunicaciones, internet dedicado, IT o soluciones empresariales
* Historial comprobado de cumplimiento de metas
* Capacidad de generar su propia cartera de clientes

Responsabilidades Principales:
* Prospectar clientes empresariales B2B
* Realizar visitas comerciales y presentaciones
* Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales
* Negociar contratos y cerrar ventas
* Mantener CRM actualizado
* Cumplir metas mensuales establecidas
Requisitos:
* Experiencia comprobada en ventas B2B
* Experiencia en telecomunicaciones, IT o soluciones tecnológicas (preferido)
* Vehículo propio y licencia vigente
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español (inglés preferido)
Evaluación y Permanencia:
* Evaluación formal a los 90 días
* Revisión si no se cumplen metas por dos meses consecutivos
Ingreso Potencial Mensual Estimado:
$3,000 – $5,000+ según desempeño.
