Coordinador/a de Logística
GRUPO STT
- Soportar el proceso de demanda y planificación para el país. (Rutinas de S&OP).
- Soporte al liderar nuevos proyectos de eficientización (Evaluación de Portafolio).
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos necesarios para garantizar las entregas de producto a tiempo.
- Generar reportes de demanda M+2 y dar visibilidad del Latest Estimate de volumen para identificar oportunidades para el cumplimiento de metas.
- Generar reportes de seguimiento de demanda.
- Liderar reuniones semanales con cada uno de los Distribuidores.
- Analizar los inventarios de producto disponible para optimizar oportunidades de volumen y reducir costos de almacenamiento.
- Analizar los inventarios de producto disponible en los distribuidores para generar reportes de órdenes sugeridas.
- Generar reportes Semanales de Volumen Entregado vs Plan.
- Generar reportes de Reclamos de Distribuidores.

Estudios Universitarios completados preferiblemente en : Ingeniería industrial, Administración de empresas, Negocios internacionales, o afín.

Experiencia en planificación de demandas minimo 3 años.

Comprender el flujo de procesos logísticos del departamento, identificando oportunidades para implementar mejores prácticas que aumenten la eficiencia operativa y la productividad.

Mantener actualizados todos los procedimientos operativos estándar (SOPs), alineados con los requisitos del cliente y de las agencias reguladoras.

Cumplir con los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) establecidos por la empresa relacionados a entregas a tiempo, precisión de inventario, y satisfacción del cliente.

Ser el punto principal de contacto para la comunicación logística entre la empresa, distribuidores y proveedores.

Comunicar de forma proactiva con el/la gerente ideas y propuestas relacionadas con el desarrollo profesional y necesidades de capacitación para mejorar el desempeño en el puesto actual y en futuras funciones dentro de la empresa.
