Med Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

We are a medical office that integrates general medicine, wellness and aesthetic services. We are looking for a professional, organized, and service-oriented individual who values patient care, maintains professional and cordial communication, and capable of creating a professional and welcoming experience from the first contact.

Responsibilities

* Management and coordination of the medical agenda, including scheduling, data entry, filing and office management duties
* Cordial and professional patient care and guidance
* Handling calls, messages and appointment coordination
* Management and updating of the electronic medical record
* Support in administrative tasks and in the daily flow of the office
* Effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements

* Previous experience in a medical office.
* Experience in the management of electronic medical records.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Professional verbal and written communication.
* Excellent patient service.
* Ability to work in a team.
* Responsibility, punctuality and proactive attitude.

Type of employment: Full-time

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
