Responsibilities

Job Description:
The Project Manager at Singular is responsible for the end-to-end execution of multiple digital and AI-powered initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, aligned with business objectives, and focused on generating measurable impact.

This role goes beyond traditional project management by adopting an outcome-driven approach, where success is defined not by completed tasks, but by real business results such as ROI, operational efficiency, and value delivery.

The Project Manager acts as the operational execution leader, translating strategic objectives defined by the Product Owner into structured, actionable delivery plans. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring high standards of quality, speed, and alignment throughout execution.

Job Responsibilities:
Execution & Delivery:
- Ensure successful execution of sprints in terms of time, scope, and quality.
- Track daily team progress and ensure alignment with defined objectives.
- Validate that tasks meet acceptance criteria before delivery.
- Maintain consistency between backlog, execution, and deliverables.

Operational Team Management:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, design).
- Identify, escalate, and remove blockers impacting delivery.
- Ensure clear and continuous communication across all roles.
- Promote accountability and execution discipline within the team.

Alignment with Strategy (AI Transformation):
- Translate Product Owner OKRs into concrete execution plans.
- Ensure all tasks are aligned with business objectives and outcomes.
- Prevent execution of low-impact or misaligned work.
- Maintain focus on value delivery over task completion.

Monitoring & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor key execution metrics: Sprint progress, Task completion rate, Team efficiency.
- Ensure visibility into project performance and delivery status.
- Align execution metrics with business outcomes.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for operational execution.
- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the Product Owner.
- Facilitate daily coordination (stand-ups, follow-ups, syncs).
- Ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency.
- Promote the adoption of agile practices and best methodologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.
- Encourage automation and efficiency in execution workflows.

Required Studies:
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

Certifications (Desirable):
- PMP (Project Management Professional).
- Agile / Scrum certifications.
- Training in digital transformation, AI, or data-driven environments.

Singular Approach:
- Formal education is valued but not mandatory.
- Strong emphasis on: Practical experience in project execution, Organizational and operational capabilities, Proven ability to deliver results.
