Como Line Feeder I, serás responsable de abastecer líneas de producción, gestionar materiales y apoyar las actividades de manufactura siguiendo procedimientos establecidos de calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento regulatorio .
¿Qué harás?
Distribuyes materiales, componentes y suministros a las estaciones de trabajo según las órdenes de producción y prioridades establecidas.
Preparas e instalas equipos y materiales requeridos para las actividades de manufactura.
Mantienes la identificación correcta de materiales, equipos y líneas de producción para garantizar la trazabilidad.
Recibes y verificas componentes y materiales de manufactura de acuerdo con las órdenes de trabajo vigentes.
Realizas evaluaciones iniciales de materiales con discrepancias y colaboras en su disposición siguiendo las instrucciones establecidas.
Apoyas retrabajos de línea y otras actividades operativas asignadas por supervisión.
Cumples con los estándares de calidad, buenas prácticas de manufactura, seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente.
Reportas o detienes procesos que puedan generar riesgos, no conformidades o impactos sobre la calidad del producto.
¿Qué necesitas?
Requerido:
Educación mínima: secundaria completa
Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en manufactura.
Conocimiento de productos y procesos de manufactura en entornos controlados.
Capacidad para leer y comprender procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y dibujos técnicos.
Conocimientos básicos de computación y habilidades matemáticas aplicadas a operaciones de manufactura.
Deseable:
Experiencia en manejo de inventarios y control de materiales.
Conocimiento básico de inglés escrito y verbal.
