Enfermera Práctica (Area De Ponce Y Pueblos Limítrofes)

*Se busca personal de enfermería práctica para atender pacientes en el área oeste (Area de Ponce y pueblos limítrofes).*
*Descripción de empleo*:
- Asistir al Enfermero Profesional en los deberes asignados a pacientes en etapa terminal en su hogar.
- Ofrecer cuidados al paciente en su hogar, que incluye:
\* Baño en cama o asistir en ducha. Evaluar signos vitales.
\* Mantenimiento de ambiente limpio, cómodo, ordenado y ventilado.
\* Arreglo de cama
\* Higiene personal del paciente.
\* Asistir junto al cuidador en la alimentación del paciente.
\* Mantener comunicación con el personal de enfermería en cuanto a cambios en el
paciente.
\* Educar a cuidadores/familiares del paciente sobre su cuidado.
*Requisitos*:
* Licencia de Enfermería (Práctica o Asociado), registro y colegiación vigente, entre otros.
* Licencia de conducir y de automóvil vigente.
* Poseer vehículo de motor propio y en optimas condiciones.
* Disposición a viajar a pueblos limítrofes.
* Habilidad para comunicar y educar.
* Habilidad para trabajar y comunicar con personas envejecientes y en etapa terminal.
* Estar en buen estado de salud física y emocional. Demostrar madurez emocional.
* Experiencia previa de por lo menos 1 año.
