Resumen: El / La Junior Brand & Promotions Manager brinda apoyo al Customer Development Manager en la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de campañas de mercadeo y promociones comerciales. Esta función se centra en fomentar la participación de los clientes, aumentar la visibilidad de los productos y garantizar que las actividades promocionales se ajusten a los objetivos empresariales.
Descripción de deberes y responsabilidades del puesto:
Ayudar en el desarrollo, implementación de planes de mercadeo y promociones comerciales.
Coordinar con los diferentes departamentos; ventas, mercadeo, operaciones para que se pueda ejecutar oportuna y eficazmente las campañas de mercadeo necesarias para incrementar nuestras ventas.
Supervisar las actividades promocionales e informar sobre el rendimiento de las campañas y el retorno de la inversión (ROI).
Apoyar la creación, distribución de materiales de mercadeo, expositores para puntos de venta y contenido digital.
Gestionar las relaciones con proveedores externos y algunas agencias que puedan apoyar nuestras iniciativas de mercadeo.
Realizar estudios de mercado y análisis de la competencia para aportar ideas que permitan mejorar las campañas de mercadeo.
Realizar un seguimiento de los presupuestos para actividades de mercadeo, promoción y garantizar el control de costos.
Apoyar el lanzamiento de productos y las actualizaciones de la cartera en colaboración con los equipos multifuncionales para asegurar una ejecución efectiva.
Colaborar en el mantenimiento de los calendarios de mercadeo y los plazos de los proyectos o de las tareas asignadas.
Competencias:
Conocimiento de los principios fundamentales de publicidad, mercadeo de productos, así como de estrategias de ventas y servicio.
Completar reportes con los indicadores de ROI (retorno de inversión) y manejo de presupuestos.
Conocer nuestro porfolio de productos al detalle para aumentar la visibilidad de las marcas.
Cumplir semanal o mensualmente con la ejecución de campañas o promociones de nuestros productos.
Completar reporte de materiales de mercadeo producidos y distribuidos.
Habilidad de adaptarse y enfrentar retos efectivamente.
Excelente capacidad de organización y cumplir con proyectos asignados en un periodo de tiempo establecido.
Capacidad para brindar ideas innovadoras de mercadeo.
Capaz de mantener buenas relaciones interpersonales y trabajar en equipo.
Capaz de trabajar independientemente y atención al detalle.
Manejo efectivo del tiempo y de los recursos.
Eficiencia en el desempeño de sus múltiples tareas asignadas.
Requerimientos físicos:
1. Períodos prolongados de pie o trascurriendo de un lugar a otro.
2. En algunos casos pudiera ser necesario el levantar hasta 50 libras.
Bachillerato Completado en Administración de Empresas con concentración en Mercadeo.
