Anchor Restaurant & Market is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team — a hands-on role for a cook ready to run the line, own every station, and step in for the Executive Chef when needed.
_Responsibilities_
* Run all kitchen stations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across every shift.
* Cover for the Executive Chef on off days, overseeing kitchen operations in their absence.
* Support inventory and food cost control, and enforce health and safety standards.
* Train and guide line and prep cooks.
_Requirements_
* Minimum 3 years of culinary experience; at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
* Full availability required.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
* Seafood, Spanish, and/or fine dining experience a plus.

* A two week trial period will be observed.
_Schedule & Compensation_
* Five open-to-close shifts per week.
* Exempt salary: $750–$850/week, based on experience.
Pay: $****** - $****** per week
