General Description
Manage vehicle documents (titles, licence, invoice, ensuring the receipt, validation, custody, endorsement, and release of documents in accordance with established policies, while guaranteeing compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in service provided to dealers and related business areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing dealer documentation processes, including receiving, validating, auditing, filing, and releasing documents. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of registrations, titles, affidavits, and other required records; conducts follow-ups on outstanding documentation; processes title endorsements; manages document loans and acknowledgments; coordinates document transfers with the Registration Department; and maintains accurate records and tracking of document releases to both dealers and internal departments.
Education
***** Bachelor's degree credits approved in Business Administration or related fields
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related.
Experience handling vehicle ownership documents (preferred).
Knowledge of vehicle financing, registration, and documentation processes (preferred).
Other Qualifications
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high document volumes.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
Effective communication with dealers and internal teams.
Commitment to compliance and risk control.
Teamwork and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in operational systems and digital tools. (Word, Excel, Ourtlook)

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Flexibility to work weekends, extended hours, and holidays is also required if necessary.
