Job Summary Med Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. We are a medical office that integrates general medicine, wellness and aesthetic services. We are looking for a professional, organized, and service-oriented individual who values patient care, maintains professional and cordial communication, and capable of creating a professional and welcoming experience from the first contact. Responsibilities Management and coordination of the medical agenda, including scheduling, data entry, filing and office management duties Cordial and professional patient care and guidance Handling calls, messages and appointment coordination Management and updating of the electronic medical record Support in administrative tasks and in the daily flow of the office Effective communication and teamwork. Requirements Previous experience in a medical office. Experience in the management of electronic medical records. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional verbal and written communication. Excellent patient service. Ability to work in a team. Responsibility, punctuality and proactive attitude.
