Experienced Handyman / Service Technician (PART-TIME ? FULL-TIME)
San Juan / Metro Areas – Puerto Rico

We are looking for a SERIOUS, EXPERIENCED technician to join a high-end residential & commercial maintenance company.
This is NOT entry-level.
This is NOT a training-from-zero position.
This is NOT for "I've watched YouTube" contractors.
If you don't meet the requirements below, do not apply.

REQUIREMENTS (ALL NON-NEGOTIABLE):
Proven 5 years or more experience in handyman / maintenance work (electrical, plumbing repairs, fixtures, doors, locks, drywall, painting, installs)
- Strong work ethic & responsibility
- Punctual, reliable, detail-oriented
- Professional attitude with clients (VIP level)
- Clean background (background check required)
- Drug-free (drug testing required)
- References required
- Ability to follow instructions exactly (no freelancing the job)
- Pride in your work – quality matters here
